1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Codesphere Africa website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Codesphere Africa provides software development, website development, mobile app development, SaaS products, SEO services, and related digital services. All services are subject to separate project agreements or product licenses.

3. SaaS Products

Our SaaS products (TRADEX, Smart Rent Pro, PrimeLedger) are sold on a one-time purchase basis. The purchase includes free lifetime support and updates as described in the product documentation. One-time purchase grants a perpetual license for use by the purchasing organisation.

4. Payments

Prices are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF). Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. A deposit is typically required to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom development services, the client owns the source code and deliverables. Our SaaS products remain the intellectual property of Codesphere Africa, with the client receiving a perpetual usage license.

6. Limitation of Liability

Codesphere Africa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

7. Support

We provide technical support for all our products and services as outlined in individual agreements. Free lifetime support for SaaS products covers bug fixes, system updates, and technical assistance.
